This policy explains what ClinicalAIWeekly ("we", "us") collects when you visit ClinicalAIWeekly.com or subscribe to our newsletter, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Email address. If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. Newsletter signup forms on this site are provided by beehiiv. Your email address is collected and stored by beehiiv as our newsletter provider, which processes it on our behalf to send the newsletter. beehiiv may also record basic signup attribution (such as the page you subscribed from). - Basic analytics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and general traffic sources without building personal profiles. We do not use these tools to identify you.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect patient information or protected health information (PHI). Please never send us patient details.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use it
We use your email to send the newsletter and occasional updates about the site, and analytics to understand which pages are useful. Sponsors never receive our subscriber list.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to hello@clinicalaiweekly.com.
How long we keep data
We keep your email while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, the provider may keep a record that you opted out so we do not email you again.
California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Request a copy of your personal information.
- Request that we delete or correct your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it.
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.

Children
This site is meant for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
